Anyone can attend a guided tour of our facility so you can understand the process of making selections for your home. You’ll learn about our standard product offerings and about the many options and choices available to you. The tours are also designed to provide basic price points so you can finalize your home purchase budget.
We offer two kinds of tours. We have a half-hour tour that anyone can attend to learn about what the Design Studio has to offer. We also have a comprehensive one-hour tour for our new home purchasers. Please see the ‘scheduled tour’ section here to select an available scheduled tour time. Everyone visiting the Design Studio for the first time are required to have a tour, are welcome to come anytime during the public viewing hours.
