4. Do I Need to Decide on Everything?

Yes, following this appointment all the materials for your home will be ordered. Every selection also affects how your home is built, so being thorough is critical to getting your home built on time. View your options before your actual appointment as all of your decisions should be made at this time.

5. What About the Appliances?

You can purchase your appliances through the Design Studio and have the cost included in your mortgage. Your major appliances will be installed in your new home at no additional cost prior to closing, with certain exceptions that will require an additional charge to install. If the additional service on these appliances is not required, they will be delivered but not installed.
